1.0 User Eligibility & Access

Access to DotMatrix Academy is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the index.php portal, you represent that you possess the legal authority to enter into these terms. We cater primarily to Senior Operations Managers and Technical Curriculum Architects; use of our tools for amateur or non-professional purposes is not supported.

[+] Single-user licenses only unless a Corporate Enterprise agreement is signed.
[+] IP-based monitoring is active to prevent multi-location credential sharing.

2.0 Service Modifications

The consulting landscape is fluid. DotMatrix Academy reserves the right to modify, refine, or deprecate specific education paths or consulting frameworks without prior notice to reflect current EU data directives or industry shifts. While we strive for consistency, tactical updates are necessary for strategic accuracy.

3.0 Financial Provisions

Detailed payment schedules and VAT compliance according to French tax law are provided during the checkout phase of each specific module.

Operational Constraints & Compliance

Jurisdictional Governance

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from the use of dotmatrix-consulting.fr shall be resolved in the courts of Paris. We operate within the strict compliance of regional ISO standards and European regulatory frameworks.

Dispute Resolution Protocol
